 Eliminating stress `vital'

Eliminating stress `vital'

17 Nov, 2009 08:58 AM
PEOPLE who exercise regularly tend to feel more positive and deal better with stress, psychologist Rina Sarkis believes.

Ms Sarkis, who works at Life Resolutions Blacktown Westpoint, said during National Psychology Week last week that by eliminating stress, managing anger and anxiety, people had a greater chance of leading a

fulfilling life and that a psychologist could help them get the most out of life.

```Think well, be well' is about feeling good, having a healthy self-esteem, positive family, social and work relationships, being fit and healthy and having a balanced lifestyle,'' she said.
``In our daily life we come across a range of events and interactions that can challenge us and lead us to feel hassled, irritable or even angry or distressed.''
