09 Mar, 2010 01:16 PM
A 13-year-old boy faces court over aggravated robbery in Seven Hills, stealing a car and unlicensed driving.

At about 1.40am this morning, a police patrol on Northcott Road, Lalor Park noticed a car with the boy and four other occupants.

After police stopped the vehicle their enquiries revealed it had been stolen from a Seven Hills home, which had also been broken into.

Police later charged the 13-year-old driver who was refused bail and appeared in Parramatta Children's Court today.

They released his four companions without charge, pending further enquiries.
