Dogs take your owner to the park

WOOF-FEST, a dog's day out, will be held on March 10 at Western Sydney Parklands Bungarribee Dog Park.

Celebrity vets Katrina Warren and Pete Higgins will be on hand to speak on dog health issues and answer questions from the public.

Highlights of the day include competitions for dogs with canine goodies as prizes.

They include Best Dog Neckware, Dog with Best Trick and Best Dog/Owner Lookalike.

There will be stalls filled with doggy products and services, a sausage sizzle, ice-cream vans and coffee carts, as well as doggy themed cupcakes and giveaways for the first 300 dogs through the gates.

Other stalls will offer dog toys, grooming, fostering and adoption of dogs, mobile dog washers/groomers and a pet photo studio as well as the RSPCA information stall, Blacktown Council urban animal management information stall and greyhound re-homing agency.
