Nominations for the 2012 Blacktown Local Area Command Police Officer of the Year Award are now open.
The awards, which are organised by the Rotary Club of Blacktown City are an opportunity to acknowledge the acts of courage, compassion, understanding or devotion to duty by a member of the NSW Police working in the Blacktown local area command.
Nominations close on Wednesday, March 27, 2013.
To nominate an officer, click on the arrow in the picture above to find the nomination form, print out this page, fill out the form and submit it to the Rotary Club. Or pick up a form at Westpoint Blacktown.
Nominations can be lodged in the entry box at the Westpoint Blacktown customer service desk on level 3 or returned to the Rotary Club of Blacktown City, PO Box 12, Blacktown NSW 2148 by Wednesday, March 27, 2013.

An officer cannot be nominated by a relative. The decision of the judging panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
