MULTI-TALENTED and multi-award winning, The Zips will delight audiences at the Blacktown City Show with their music comedy show.
The line-up includes Jerry Ico, Glenn Magson, Cameron Lees, Paul McGovern and, of course, the "showman's showman" Tony Hogan.
"We have worked at the show before," Mr Hogan said.
"We love working show-style situations because of the diversity of the audience."
All your favourite characters will be in attendance, from Freddie Mercury, Cher and Joe Cocker to The Blues Brothers, Jimmy Barnes, and Tina Turner — The Zips will have you grooving to some of your favourite tunes and much more.
"The Zips will perform show-stopping routines such as Michael Fatley and dancers," Mr Hogan said. "The Village People will also make an appearance.
"A tribute to one of Australia's greatest exports The Bee Gees, Tina Turner and Jimmy Barnes may also 'grace' the stage."
With something for everyone, The Zips will perform medleys from the Bee Gees, Queen, Beach Boys, KC and the Sunshine Band, the Eagles, the Soul medley, and many more.
"After winning five Mo Awards and five Ace Awards and numerous other nominations the focus for The Zips is fun," Mr Hogan said. "Whether the audience wants to sit and listen or just dance, we love to see people walk away with a smile on their face."
The Zips combine their great musical talent with comedic timing that comes from performing hundreds of shows at all levels over many years.
