But one thing's for sure, audiences will be enthralled watching the Live Reptile Displays at Blacktown City Show.
Owners and operators of Live Reptile Displays, John Cann and Andrew Melrose, have notched up more than 60th years experience between them working with reptiles, and they are fully licensed, experienced reptile handlers and relocators.
They strongly believe in educating the public about reptile awareness, management and conservation. They also aim to provide a fun and educational experience with their scaled critters.
Mr Cann and Mr Melrose can provide information about what to do and what not to do around reptiles and some essential first aid education is included in their talks.
Children will love the slithering snakes and scaley lizards, and one of the show's objective is to highlight the many positive aspects of reptiles, especially snakes by educating people to respect them and understand their importance in the environment.
