Woman robbed in her car

A 67-year-old Quakers Hill woman was robbed in Seven Hills on Saturday. Police said at about 5.45pm the woman, who had parked her car in Fielders Street, opened her car door and had her handbag snatched. The assailant ran off along Fielders Street. She described him as being of Middle Eastern appearance, with a light olive complexion and curly black hair and wearing a dark-coloured jacket. Boy punched, phone stolen

A boy from Lalor Park was punched and robbed in the Woodcroft Lake area on Friday. Police said the 17-year-old was walking through a reserve at about 11pm when a group of young men approached him. One grabbed his arm and another punched him in the head. He fell to the ground and his wallet and mobile phone were stolen. He was treated for minor cuts.
