RESIDENTS of Blacktown are urged to attend the Joint Regional Planning Panel meeting at Bowman Hall on August 2 to speak against the proposed multi-storey development at Myrtle Street in Prospect.
The development application is for seven buildings of up to five storeys.
Anyone who wants to address at the meeting at Campbell Street on August 2, must register before Monday, July 30.
The panel will reconvene at 6pm after having received further information regarding traffic and drainage.
