THE Ristorante La Ruota menu promises to delight diners with a selection of Italian and modern Australian cuisine.
The restaurant at Blacktown Workers Club has an extensive menu and a premium wine list.
Head chef Humi Zidi said the restaurant was perfect for intimate meals or large groups.
"The restaurant seats roughly 120 people, so it's ideal for couples or functions," he said.
"Along with our a la carte meals, we have set function meals catering for groups from 10 to 100 people."
Prices for the set function menus range from $28.50 a person for the ultimate Italian feast, up to $65 a person for the exotic seafood table Buffet — a private buffet that includes hot and cold seafood platters.
Mr Zidi said the menu had many popular items.
"In the entrees, the gourmet tasting plate is popular, with its bite size marinated tiger prawn, wild barramundi, grilled scallop, sumac spiced lamb loin and peppered beef medallion is popular, and so is the chilli and garlic prawn bruschetta," he said.
"Our basil prawn, satay chicken and barbecue duck pizzas are popular, along with the bacon and mushroom, chicken alfredo and marinara pastas.
"On the grill, our grilled scotch fillet steak, veal saltimbocca and oregano pork rib are popular. And in the desserts, people love the sweet tasting plate, our homemade churros with Belgian chocolate and the blueberry cheesecake we make fresh daily."
Ristorante La Ruota is open 6pm-9pm Tuesday to Thursday and from 6pm-9.30pm Friday and Saturday.
Bookings can be made for large groups, additional days and lunch.
