NSW Women's cricket team to play games at Blacktown International Sports Park

The NSW Women’s cricket team will play two series of matches at Blacktown International Sports Park this summer, aiming to defend two trophies.

Each series will be played across a weekend — Friday to Sunday — in October and December, meaning it will be accessible to those who want to catch some of the action.

The schedule pits the NSW Lend Lease Breakers against the ACT Meteors and Western Australia in triple-headers at the oval in Mount Druitt, each one involving two T20 matches and a one-day match sandwiched in between.

The T20 matches are part of the domestic WT20 competition and NSW are trophy holders, while the one-day matches form the Women’s National Cricket League - which NSW has won nine times in a row.

The other home series for the NSW women’s side will be against Tasmania with games split between the Sydney Cricket Ground and Manly Oval.
