Serviced office manager and owner Servcorp has reported a 24 per cent rise in net profit to $34.26 million for the June year, boosted by expansion into Asia and Europe.
It has forecast a rise in profit before tax of "no less than 15 per cent in the current 2015 financial year".
The company leases executive serviced offices together with virtual offices, information technology and business infrastructure across 136 floors in 52 cities, in 21 countries.
While it has a vacancy rate of 21 per cent, its management says it gives it the opportunity to improve margins and efficiencies.
The final dividend was 11¢, and with the interim of 9¢, takes the annual dividend to 20¢, to be paid on October 1. It was a rise on the 15¢ paid in 2013.
Servcorp's chief executive Alf Moufarrige said there were plans to open a further nine floors and expand three existing floors in FY 2015, which will add a further 10 per cent to office capacity.
The new floors will include level 85 of the World Trade Centre in New York, One Mayfair Place, in London, and the Leadenhall Building (the Cheesegrater) in London.
"We are pleased with the performance in the Middle East and Japan, however we note that the performance of Australia and Singapore can improve," Mr Moufarrige said.
