Journalist and TV presenter Tracey Spicer will be the keynote speaker at an International Women's Day Conference at Castle Hill RSL Club on Sunday, March 8.
It will be the inaugural conference for ExtraOrdinary Women, a women-only network established to promote the success of women in business and leadership.
Dr Annemarie Christie, founder of ExtraOrdinary Women, said Ms Spicer would join Dannielle Miller and Claire Braund as guest speakers.
All proceeds go to MercyWorks, IAVE (International Association of Volunteer Effort) and Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia.
Ms Spicer, a passionate ambassador for women's rights, social justice and equal opportunity, will join a long list of guest speakers who will celebrate the achievements of ordinary women making a difference.
"Women have an extraordinary ability to lead and make a difference," she said. "ExtraOrdinary Women provides a unique opportunity to network with like-minded women who want to work together to promote the independence, confidence and success of women in business, in leadership and at home."
The one-day non-profit conference will be led by Ms Spicer's presentation on SHEconstructing your life, an adaption of her recent TedX talk Stripped Bare.
Other topics will be health, work-life balance, working in a man's world and empowering future female leaders. Cost: $49.
