A trusted reputation and longevity in the automotive industry are what Wins Auto Repairs is renowned for in the Blacktown community.
Peter Worsley and his wife Christine opened Wins Auto Repairs in Sunnyholt Road in Blacktown more than 32 years ago.
Mr Worsley is the sole mechanic at the repair shop and Mrs Worsley looks after accounts and bookings.
The husband and wife team decided to open the repairs shop in Blacktown after noticing a growing demand for a mechanic business in the area.
"At the time we were living locally in Greystanes and we saw a potential in having an auto repairs business in Blacktown," Mr Worsley.
"It was also local and convenient for us. Blacktown is a growing area, so mechanical services in the area are always in demand."
Working in the community for more than three decades has earned Wins Auto Repairs a trusted reputation.
"I have regulars who have been with us since we started 32-years-ago," Mr Worsley said. "I have also noticed that we are now servicing the second and the third generation of our first customers.
"From servicing their grandparents and parents, they know they are getting a trusted and reliable service."
The company specialises in mechanical repairs on all makes and models of cars and light trucks.
All general repairs and services are done at the shop, including log book services, safety checks, suspension and steering, clutch and brakes repairs and much more.
At the repair shop, Mr Worsley specialises in supplying new radiators and CV shafts.
