Indonesia close to annual figure for live cattle, but Barnaby Joyce won't comment

Jakarta: Indonesia appears to be moving towards an annual figure for the import of live cattle with an upbeat Agriculture Minister Barnaby Joyce announcing "I know the outcome but I am not going to say what it is" following a meeting in Jakarta.
