There were tears and smiles all round as the year 12 students said goodbye to their high school career on Friday.
They ended their graduation ceremony by releasing red helium balloons in the quadrangle to symbolise their newfound freedom.
Navdeep Singh said she was both excited and nervous to finish high school.
‘‘I’m going to miss everyone and coming to school every day,’’ she said.
‘‘The picnics, the sport times, taking photos together, and how we have fun together at lunch time,’’ she said.
‘‘It’s going to be so different next year.’’
