The Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW (PCYC) plans to rejuvenate its property portfolio and embark on an asset recycling program to fund and replace a range of ageing Sydney centres with state of the art facilities. PCYC controls a substantial property portfolio throughout NSW and some clubs are in prime positions in Sydney's fastest-growing suburbs. This has prompted the sale of PCYC Parramatta at 2 Hassall Street through CBRE's structured transactions and advisory services senior director, Kelwyn Teo.

Greg Goodman has added another feather to his cap after being ranked #113 in the annual Harvard Business Review list of best performing CEOs. More importantly, he ranked #7 for total shareholder return over the last 20 years. Clinching the top CEO spot was Lars Rebien Sorensen, head of Danish pharmaceutical giant Novo Nordisk. In all, there were 907 CEOs from 896 countries. Anyone with a criminal past or conviction was excluded. Of the top 10, many CEOs ran retail groups, such as No. 3-ranked Pablo Isla, founder of Inditex (owner of fashion house Zara), or technology companies such as Cisco Systems' John Chambers (No.2).
