A teenager from Seven Hills who is accused of murdering Thomas Kelly in Kings Cross has been charged with assaulting another man on the same night.
The man, 18, appeared in Central Local Court on Thursday, where police prosecutors alleged he had gone on a rampage, bashing at least five others on July 7.
The accused already faced a murder charge for the blow that is alleged to have killed Mr Kelly as well as charges for three other alleged assaults.
On Thursday, police alleged the accused also assaulted another male at about 11pm on the same night in Potts Point.
