It will be a big few days for western Sydney and Blacktown this coming weekend.
The first game for the A-league’s newest side, the Western Sydney Wanderers, will kick off at Parramatta Stadium on Saturday night.
After much hype, the Wanderers will finally get the chance prove why western Sydney deserved its own A-league team.

Bushcare groups will also be out in force in the region this weekend.
The groups meet once a month to complete bush regeneration activities.
