Inner city the best place to be a mum while outer suburban mums do it tough

Woollahra mother Grace Atkinson has no illusions about how privileged her family is. Her children, Jack, 4, Alice, 3, and eight-month-old Hugo will visit family in Europe every year, go skiing in the winter and may well attend private high schools, she says.
