AFTER a very busy few months, residential park Gateway Lifestyle has announced its final release of sites.
In Bass Hill there are only eight lots remaining and at Stanhope Gardens there are only 17 lots remaining.
Sales manager Rosie Pope said it was easy to buy a property in Gateway Lifestyle.
"We have made it really simple for people wishing to downsize from their family homes, with an easy three-step process," Ms Pope said. "Buyers, will firstly choose their site, secondly pay a $3000 deposit, then put their home on the market, with up to three months to sell.
"This process has been very successful this year, with lots of happy buyers moving into their sparkling new homes within the three months."
Gateway Lifestyle has eight residential parks on the eastern seaboard.
The residential parks offer the over 50s community a new, affordable lifestyle within close proximity to a central business district (CBD).
General manager Ringo Rodriguez said Gateway Lifestyle residential parks had been designed to meet the needs of the over 50s community.
"Gateway has been cognisant of the needs of the active over 50s group in that even though they want a tranquil and safe lifestyle, they still want to be able to get around to see family and participate in activities in the city without hours of travel," he said.
