Nicole Kidman has been crowned Australia's richest actor, with an estimated wealth of at least $347 million.
The Financial Review Rich List has named Kidman the 197th richest Australian, just ahead of mining magnate and former politician Clive Palmer.
t's been a good 12 months for the 49-year-old, and not just because she was nominated for an Oscar for her role in the critically-acclaimed film Lion. Kidman managed to grow her honeypot by a healthy $9 million over the past year, up from $338 million in 2016.
The actress owes her fortune to lucrative endorsement deals with the likes of Etihad Airways. She also has contracts with luxury watch brand Omega, vitamins company Swisse and skin-care giant Neutrogena.
Kidman's bank account has also surely been helped by the fact her acting career is experiencing a renaissance. Her performance in HBO drama Big Little Lies was widely praised, while more recently she appeared in not one but four films at the Cannes film festival in France.
Husband Keith Urban, meanwhile, is also a multimillionare in his own right. The musician is reportedly worth around $100 million thanks to his healthy album sales.
