BIKE RIDER CAUGHT ONE-HANDED

It seems riding an unregistered motorbike one-handed while talking on your mobile phone is a good way to attract the interest of police.

They are hunting two males seen riding motorcycles along Blacktown Road about 8.35pm on Saturday, July 15.

Officers followed the pair after noticing that neither was wearing a helmet. One was seen to be holding a phone to his ear.

One rider sped away from police while the other braked harshly. But when police tried to approach the rider he too drove away.

Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers, 1800 333 000.
