A man sustained several fractures after falling of a motorcycle at high-speed at Eastern Creek on Saturday.

The man, aged in his 20s, reportedly slid more than 30 metres from his bike after coming unstuck approaching hair-pin bend during a race at Sydney Motorsport Park.

He suffered several limb fractures.

Emergency services were called to the racetrack about 1pm and the man was treated by track-side paramedics and CareFlight specialist critical care staff.

The man was taken by ambulance to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.
