Weapons and drugs seized at Blacktown business during raid

Knuckle dusters and synthetic cannabis were among the contraband allegedly uncovered during a raid in Blacktown today.

Officers from the North West Transport Action Group searched a Blacktown business at 5.50am on Thursday, November 9.

Police alleged they found and seized synthetic cannabis, drug implements, prescription drugs, an extendable baton and a knuckle duster.

A man, 41, was arrested at the scene and taken to Blacktown Police Station.

He was charged with supplying a prohibited drug and two counts of possessing a prohibited weapon.

The accused was granted conditional bail to appear at Blacktown Local Court on December 5.
