Thousands of food lovers are tipped to tuck into Stockland Elara’s next Aussie Night Markets as the monthly culinary delight becomes a favourite on the western Sydney foodie calendar.
The internationally themed pop up food market, to be held on Sunday, November 19, has become a regular Elara event after its June debut attracted more than 7000 people.
Richard Rhydderch, Stockland NSW general manager residential communities, said it was an outstanding event for Elara, with fans proving it was about more than just delicious eats, but also the inclusiveness and community that global food culture inspired.
“The Aussie Night Markets have proven to be a successful event for Stockland Elara – which is a community that is truly all about inclusiveness,” Mr Rhydderch said.
“Events like this help bring the community together and allow residents to get to know one another. We’re also helping to plate up a passion for variety through delicious cuisines from across the globe.”
Mr Rhydderch said a vast array of international delights could be found at the Aussie NightMarkets, including bao, schnitzel, pupusa, woodfired pizza, sliders, pasta, rolls, grilled burgers, Filipino skewers, lamb gravy rolls, dumplings, paella, Indian curries, hotdogs, gozleme, Chinese, sushi, Vietnamese and special juicing stalls.
“Then there’s the dessert stand, with its smorgasbord of ice cream filled pastry cones, churros and more,” Mr Rhydderch said.
The Aussie Night Markets will also offer live music, amusement rides and plenty of spots to just relax, meet new friends and soak up the atmosphere.
The markets are typically held every third Friday through spring and summer, however this month they will run on Sunday, November 19 from 5pm to 10pm at 1 Elara Boulevard, Marsden Park.
More than 1000 people are now living at the family-friendly Elara community, with hundreds more homes under construction.
Elara features a 47-home Display Village, proving the perfect inspiration for anyone seeking a brand new home boasting the latest trends in interior design. The community’s first school, St Luke’s Catholic College, opened in January this year and Elara has a social enterprise café called Livvi’s Place which is a popular meeting place for residents and visitors.
