Investors and developers will recognise the appeal of Murrumbateman as a gateway to the ACT and as a destination for wine, food and equestrian activities.
And they should be further buoyed by the uptick from homebuyers who have endorsed the new Fairley Estate as a lifestyle choice through its proximity to Canberra and Yass.
